Trent cooked some salmon, cabbage, and asparagus on the grill.
Since I'm not much of an adventurous eater, I didn't try the salmon or the cabbage. But, I did have some asparagus which was pretty tasty. It was cooked in balsamic vinegar and a little garlic, so it had lots of flavor.
We have asparagus in our yard that comes up every year. We usually don't pick much of it, but with our recent healthy eating kick, we might just have to make sure we harvest as much as we can this year!
Getting excited for all of the nice weather ahead...and many more grilling nights!!
